Rosie is the principle Exercise Physiologist at STEPS. She graduated from a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Master of Exercise Physiology from La Trobe University in 2015. Rosie has experience in womens health, weight loss and occupational rehabilitation – with a keen interest in working with individuals to meet their goals through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Kate graduated from La Trobe University with a Master of Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor of Exercise Science. She is passionate about using exercise to help people improve their daily quality of life, and is interested in treating a wide range of conditions and helping people achieve their individual goals. Kate enjoys swimming, running and playing social netball outside of work.

Demi graduated from a Masters of Exercise Physiology at La Trobe Bendigo in 2016 and has since gone on to complete her Post-Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education in 2019. She has a passion for metabolic health and loves to help people achieve their goals!

Tess graduated from a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland in 2017. She is passionate about making healthy eating affordable, accessible, and most importantly, enjoyable for people. She believes in working with people to create achievable and sustainable lifestyle changes that suit the individual – and that still allow the enjoyment of treat foods as part of a balanced diet!
When she’s not at work, Tess can be found pottering in the kitchen produce garden at home, finding ways to reduce food waste through whole-food cooking, and fermenting foods with her family.
